We take the security of your account and listing data seriously. This page summarizes our approach.

No Amazon account access

VERID8 does not connect to your Amazon Seller Central account. You provide listing content directly (paste or upload), which minimizes the access and credentials we ever hold.

Data protection

• Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest with our infrastructure providers.
• Tenant data is isolated per account, with row-level access controls in our database.
• Access to production systems is limited to authorized personnel.

Data isolation

Verid8 is operated by Fussy Penguins LLC, which also runs a separate Amazon consultancy. Customer listing data in Verid8 is isolated from that consulting business: consultancy staff cannot access Verid8 customer scan data, listings, or results, and Verid8 data is never used to source, target, or inform consulting work. Access to customer data is restricted to Verid8 operations, and we will note any change to this commitment on this page before it takes effect.

Payments

Card payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 provider. We never see or store your full card details.

Subprocessors

We rely on vetted providers for hosting, database/auth, AI processing, billing, and email, each under data-protection terms.
