Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of VERID8, a product of Fussy Penguins LLC (“VERID8”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

The service

VERID8 analyzes Amazon listing content you provide against regulatory and Amazon policy rules and returns findings, a Verid8 Score, suggested fixes, and related tools. v1 is built for US dietary-supplement listings.

Not legal advice

VERID8 is a software tool, not a law firm, and does not provide legal advice. Our findings and suggested fixes are informational. You are responsible for your listings and for ensuring they comply with all applicable laws and Amazon policies. We do not guarantee that using VERID8 will prevent enforcement action, suspension, or any specific outcome.

Accounts & acceptable use

• Keep your credentials secure; you’re responsible for activity under your account.
• Don’t misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or submit content you don’t have the right to submit.

Plans, credits & billing

• Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe and renew until cancelled.
• Plans include monthly credits that roll over while your subscription is active, up to three months’ allotment. Plan credits are forfeited 30 days after the subscription ends. Credits you purchase separately never expire while your account is open. Credits have no cash value and, except as required by law, are non-refundable.
• You can cancel anytime from your dashboard; access continues until the end of the current billing period, plan credits for 30 days after it, and purchased credits for as long as your account is open.

Appeal guarantee and refunds

Draft-or-refund guarantee. If Verid8 cannot draft a Plan of Action for the Amazon notice you paste, because the notice type is not supported or the assistant does not produce a draft from what you give it, email support within 30 days of your first payment and we refund that payment in full to the original payment method, normally within 10 business days. It applies to your first payment only. “Could not draft” means the assistant did not produce a Plan of Action for the notice; it does not mean Amazon rejected the draft (see the appeal guarantee) or that you chose not to submit it. One refund per customer; refunded accounts lose access at the moment of refund, and credits have no cash value.

Appeal guarantee. If Amazon rejects a Plan of Action you drafted in Verid8, we add three months of your current plan at no charge, provided that: (1) you submitted the Plan of Action drafted in Verid8, including the corrective actions it flagged, within the deadline in Amazon’s notice; (2) you send us Amazon’s rejection notice and the appeal you submitted within 14 days of the rejection, from inside your account or by email; (3) the appeal does not concern confirmed counterfeits, inauthentic goods, product-safety issues, intellectual-property complaints, or an account deactivated for a related account; and (4) it is the first appeal-guarantee claim on the account. The three months are added to the current plan and are not paid as cash. Verid8 drafts appeals; it does not submit them, does not guarantee any Amazon decision, and is not a law firm.

Intellectual property

You retain rights to the content you submit. We retain all rights to the VERID8 service, software, and rule corpus. You may use outputs for your own business.

Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, VERID8 is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Georgia.

Changes & termination

We may update the service or these terms; material changes will be notified. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
