Questions about credits and billing
What does a scan cost?
40 credits for the listing text plus 10 for each image. A listing with six images costs 100 credits. Re-scans and Studio tests only charge for the parts you changed.
Do unused credits roll over?
Yes. Plan credits roll over while you are subscribed, up to 3 months' allotment. Credits you buy as a top-up never expire while your account is open.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, from your billing page. A monthly plan ends at the end of the month you paid for; a yearly plan runs to the end of its year. Plan credits stay usable for 30 days after the subscription ends; purchased credits stay as long as the account is open.
What happens when I run out of credits?
Buy more at your plan’s rate, any amount from 500 credits in steps of 100, or move to a larger plan. Past a plan’s own allotment the next plan is cheaper, so top-ups are for the odd busy month.
Does the trial need a card?
Yes. Every plan starts with a 14-day trial: 500 credits on a brand plan or 1,500 on an agency plan, all eight categories, every feature. Nothing is charged until day 15; cancel before then from your billing page and you pay nothing.
What happens when the trial ends?
