Affiliate Program Terms

The Verid8 affiliate program is operated by Fussy Penguins LLC (“Verid8”, “we”, “us”) through PromoteKit. By joining the program or using an affiliate link you agree to these terms, together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Joining

• Sign up at the affiliate portal. We may decline an application or end a membership at any time, with notice where we can.
• Law firms and attorneys are not eligible. Verid8 refers sellers to independent counsel and does not pay for those referrals.

Commission

• 25% of the subscription revenue we collect from each referred account, for 12 months from that account’s first payment.
• Subscription payments count, monthly or annual. Credit top-ups, free trials, Enterprise agreements and credits we grant do not.
• Commission is calculated net of refunds, chargebacks and taxes, and is held for 30 days after each payment before it becomes payable. A refund inside that window cancels the commission on it.
• Payouts are made through the affiliate portal on its schedule. The portal shows your referrals, balance and payout history.

Attribution

• Your link is verid8.com/go/<your-name> or any Verid8 page with ?via=<your-name>. It sets a first-party cookie that lasts 60 days.
• A referral is credited when a new account is created from a browser carrying your cookie and later pays. The first affiliate cookie wins; a second link does not reassign the account.
• Not credited: accounts that existed before the click, accounts you or your company control, and sellers Verid8 introduced to you through its Expert Network.

How you may promote Verid8

• Disclose that you earn a commission, clearly and close to the link, as the FTC’s endorsement guides require. “I earn a commission if you sign up through this link” is enough.
• Describe Verid8 accurately. It scans Amazon listings against regulatory and Amazon policy rules and drafts appeals. It is software, not a law firm, and it is not affiliated with Amazon.
• Do not state or imply reinstatement rates, success rates, case counts, or any guarantee beyond the ones published on our Terms of Service. Do not present Verid8’s output as legal advice.
• No paid search or social ads on the “Verid8” name or misspellings of it, no pages or accounts that pass as Verid8, no unsolicited bulk email or forum spam, and no discounts or incentives other than the ones we publish.
• Use our name and logo only as provided in the portal.

Changes and termination

• We may change the commission rate or these terms for future referrals with 30 days’ notice through the portal. Referrals already earned keep their rate for their 12 months.
• We may withhold or reverse commission obtained in breach of these terms, and may end your membership for a breach. Commission already payable for valid referrals is still paid.
• You may leave the program at any time. Your existing referrals keep paying for the rest of their 12 months.
